We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $5.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What materials do you use?

At Better Beaded, we use high-quality 18K gold-filled components to create jewelry that’s made to last. Gold-filled jewelry is much more durable than gold-plated jewelry and is designed to resist tarnishing with proper care.
